About The Position
Arbors Management is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician for our property in Charleston. If you have solid basic trade skills and want steady, full-time work with good benefits and supportive management — this is a great opportunity.
Requirements
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or building maintenance
- Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must pass background and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Repair toilets, drains, and hot water tanks
- Fix outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Patch and hang drywall
- Interior and exterior painting
- General carpentry repairs
- Trash removal and light groundskeeping
- Handle work orders and emergency calls (rotating on-call)
- Work with the team to keep the building in good shape
