About The Position

In this role, you are relied upon to keep the community grounds safe, organized, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. You will interact with residents and ensure the timely and satisfactory completion of service requests and inspections. You will also be a key player in the upkeep of community assets and grounds, with teamwork being an essential key to success.

Requirements

A valid in-state driver’s license is required

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Previous home refurbishment or make-ready experience preferred
HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pool Operation experience are a PLUS
OSHA certifications or completed trainings are a plus
Proficiency in industry specific software products including the use of electronic devices/tablets

Responsibilities

Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, work-orders, and home refurbs.
Keep the community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and free of debris and trash.
Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality or safety standards.
Respond to after-hour emergency calls according to on-call schedule.
Read water meters, identify, and resolve leaks within the community as applicable.
Organize maintenance facilities, tools, and equipment.
Aid in new home delivery and set-up and report any warranty/follow-up work to management.
Deliver resident notices as requested by management.
Participate in all required team/safety meetings.
Uphold OSHA standards and maintain Personal Protective Equipment as required by State law.
Maintain safe winter road conditions through snow removal and de-icing when applicable.
Operate and maintain all company vehicles according to compliance and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and residents.
Ability to work safely around pets, service animals, and wildlife.
