About The Position

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- A team player with excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
- A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred
