Building Maintenance Technicians

We’re hiring reliable techs who take pride in their trade and want a permanent home with a solid team and supportive Management. You’ll handle the "Big Four" of property maintenance: Plumbing & Electrical: Fixtures, leaks, switches, and lighting. Carpentry: Drywall, paint, and general repairs. HVAC: Basic troubleshooting (No certs required). Tech: Using a mobile device to manage your day.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or construction.
- Reliability: Valid DL, insured vehicle, and a clean background/drug screen.
- Availability: Willingness to join a shared on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
