About The Position

JARS Cannabis is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! This hands-on role is responsible for keeping our facilities in top shape by performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep. Plumbing experience is a must.

Requirements

Plumbing experience is required (installation, repair, maintenance).
Hands-on problem solver with strong technical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
All applicants must be at least 21 years old
Pass a standard background check
Undergo a fingerprint background check

Nice To Haves

Experience with electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance is a plus.
Experience with work order management systems preferred.
Willingness to travel between multiple locations using a company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and fully operational facilities.
Conduct preventative maintenance and identify potential issues before they escalate.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Handle plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
Perform general building upkeep, including carpentry, drywall repair, and painting.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Work Order Management: Utilize the ticketing system to track, prioritize, and document maintenance requests efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and materials used.
