About The Position

Searching for a hardworking team player with problem-solving skills and a good work ethic to join our team as a maintenance technician! Our ideal candidate has experience in property maintenance areas such as diagnosing and repairing water and sewer line issues, equipment maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, general grounds maintenance, and minor repairs, among others. Requirements

• Physical demands include bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs
• Legally permitted to work in the United States
• Strong work ethic
• Minimum of 1-year residential property maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license with no major violations
• Experience with and knowledge of the proper use of power and hand tools, lawn care, and landscaping equipment
• Experience with snow plowing and related snow removal equipment
• Experience with diagnosing and repairing water and sewer line issues
• Ability to work independently under the direction of the community manager
• Must pass a thorough background check, including criminal

Responsibilities

• General maintenance

• Diagnosing and repairing water and sewer line issues

• Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager
