About The Position

Maintenance Technician Day Shift: 6 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays The Maintenance Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, facility systems, and property structures to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. This role supports the shop floor by minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment performance in a mold shop. What you will do: Install and maintain the organization’s equipment including CNC’s, lathes and spotting presses Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime Perform general facility maintenance including lighting, plumbing, HVAC support, and building repairs Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements Document maintenance activities and communicate issues to supervisors and production teams Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven mechanical and electrical knowledge and skills
  • Experience maintaining hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to serve, prioritize, and multi-task to support multiple areas
  • Ability to walk, stand, climb, and lift heavy objects for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external personnel
