The Maintenance Technician contributes to AHF by integrating its mission and values through preventative maintenance of both leased and owned properties, as well as maintaining property and performing renovations as needed. This role enhances AHF's reputation by utilizing prior experience and supervisory skills to ensure all applicable maintenance and renovation work is completed successfully and in a timely manner. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, team management, and the ability to detect malfunctions and conduct repairs at AHF locations, with paramount importance placed on compliance with industry standards and safety conditions. The Maintenance Technician will work as part of a close-knit team, reporting to the Healthy Housing Foundations’ Regional Property Operations Manager and other managers at AHF sites regarding the functionality of machinery and equipment.
