About The Position

Join our team at Wonder Valley Ranch Resort as a Full-Time Seasonal Maintenance Technician, with the opportunity to transition into a year-round position after the summer season. In this role, you
ll play a key part in keeping our property running smoothly, helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Requirements

• Experience in general maintenance and repair work
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Good communication and time management skills
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of maintenance or mechanical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of repairs including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with urgent repairs
• Maintain vehicles, go-karts, minibikes, and other equipment
• Assist with pool maintenance and occasional groundskeeping
• Support room setups, furniture moves, and event preparations
• Apply treatments for weeds and insects as needed
• Safely operate tools and maintenance equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and projects on time
• Take on additional duties as needed
