About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure smooth and safe operations. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, including on the building, and troubleshooting and repairing various types of machinery such as cranes, banding equipment, doors, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, fabrication systems, and PLCs. The technician will also assist with inventory control for parts, consumables, and lubricants, and must follow established procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure smooth and safe operations
• Preventative maintenance (including building)
• Troubleshooting and repairing machinery, crane, banding, other equipment, doors, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, fabrication and PLCs.
• Assisting with inventory control of parts, consumables, lubricants, etc.
• Follow procedures to ensure a safe working environment
