Requirements

• 4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance & repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting)
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical & plumbing issues
• Repair appliances, tile, and fixtures
• Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests
• Identify and resolve safety hazards quickly
• Assist with supplies, materials, and facility upkeep
• Participate in on-call rotation (as needed)
