About The Position
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our multifamily communities. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to get things done, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance, construction, or handyman work
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Complete daily work orders and service requests
- Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, appliances)
- Handle unit turns and make-readies
- Conduct routine maintenance and property inspections
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Keep properties clean, safe, and well-maintained
