Requirements

• Experience in general maintenance and repair
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Self-starter with reliability and strong time-management
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 24 ft), lift 50+ lbs, and work in varied conditions

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance services on residential properties, conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Complete minor repairs including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks
• Coordinate with contractors and residents on larger repair projects
• Maintain accurate service logs and job documentation using property management software
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
