As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our production facility in Blair, Nebraska running safely and efficiently. You will join a collaborative maintenance team that works together to support reliable operations, high‑quality products, and a strong safety culture—every single day. The Role & Your Impact In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Your work directly supports safe operations, product quality, and continuous improvement across the site.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of previous experience as an industrial maintenance technician
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform basic math and science calculations
  • Ability to read manuals and understand equipment, systems, and controls
  • Strong safety mindset with the ability to proactively identify and address safety hazards
  • Aptitude for learning and using testing equipment, tools, and maintenance procedures
  • Proficiency with computerized systems and programs (SAP experience is a plus)
  • Physical ability to perform all aspects of the job, including: Lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, Pulling hoses up to 20 lbs, Climbing stairs, walking frequently, bending and stooping regularly, Working at heights and in confined spaces, Working in changing temperatures

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
  • Interest in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
  • Experience working with automated or highly technical equipment

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical power systems, motor drives, control systems, and instrumentation
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment through preventative maintenance
  • Disassembling machinery and equipment for maintenance or repair activities
  • Adjusting and calibrating equipment and machinery to meet operational specifications
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations
