About The Position

Arbors Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to care for two smaller, well-maintained apartment buildings on Pittsburgh’s North Side. These are stable properties with organized management, reasonable workloads, and residents who take pride in where they live.

This is a great role for someone who wants steady work without being spread thin across dozens of properties.

Requirements

• Prior apartment or building maintenance experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your work
• Reliable, organized, and professional with residents
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• No certifications required

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs for two residential buildings
• Complete work orders and address resident requests in a timely manner
• Perform general repairs: plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, fixtures, doors, etc.
• Complete apartment turnovers when units become vacant
• Maintain common areas and building exteriors
• Assist with compliance and housekeeping inspections
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
