Requirements

Knowledge of several of the following areas: Preventative maintenance procedures
Knowledge of several of the following areas: Boilers
Knowledge of several of the following areas: Air compressors
Knowledge of several of the following areas: Welding and Piping
Knowledge of several of the following areas: Hydraulics and pneumatics
Knowledge of several of the following areas: Electrical circuitry and PLC's
Knowledge of several of the following areas: Electro/mechanical utility and electrical trouble shooting
Knowledge of several of the following areas: General equipment and building maintenance
High level of attention to detail
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Minimum of at least 2 years maintenance experience
