About The Position

As the Maintenance Technician at Colliers, you are a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You are expected to quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. The role requires a strong work ethic and a positive, customer-centric approach, whether responding to emergency requests, working on light construction projects, or conducting regular inspections. Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in building/property maintenance.
• Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems.
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC systems/maintenance, painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
• Flexibility in work schedule - available for off-hours emergency response.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Clear motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 hour – General Industry Safety Training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing assistance and support to the Chief Engineer and Building Engineer in all aspects of site operation and maintenance.
• Respond to and complete work orders and projects.
