The clinic emphasizes a heart-centered approach to healthcare, aiming to be the 'Best in the Midwest' for health care needs. They are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Carpentry experience is a plus.
• Related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Familiar with assembling and disassembling office equipment and furniture.
• Assist with upkeep of the facilities.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
