Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of fire systems and generators.
- Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical lighting, including tube, bulb and ballast replacement.
- Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities.
- Guide contractors and inspectors around our buildings.
