This role is essential to keeping our production running efficiently and effectively. You will work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High School diploma/ GED
1+ year(s): Industrial experience with the following: 480v 3-phase motors, transformers, variable frequency drives, PLCs (Siemens and Fanuc preferred), safety relays and safety circuits, power supplies, motor control centers.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot motors and electronics, specifically using the following: electrical multimeter, Megger tester, and amp probe.
Demonstrated ability to read electrical / wiring diagrams and machine mechanical diagrams.
Industrial experience with complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Demonstrated ability to read and understand PLC ladder logic.
Experience with operating or troubleshooting CNC controllers.
Ability to lift light to medium weight in an environment that may occasionally require crouching, stooping and/or awkward work positions.
Previous maintenance experience
Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Willingness to participate in LEAN team events on a regular basis.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
