About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our properties in top condition. Responsibilities include: Performing inspections and preventative maintenance. Preparing vacant units for occupancy. Completing work orders promptly and professionally. Maintaining landscaping, curb appeal, and snow removal. Providing emergency support after hours. Ensuring tools and equipment are in working condition. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of maintenance experience. HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
