What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician at our San Antonio Service Center, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment and systems that power our wash operations. This includes: Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and mechanical/electrical issues Performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections Supporting building upkeep such as plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, and general cleaning Collaborating with the maintenance team to diagnose recurring equipment problems Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca safety protocols Demonstrating strong knowledge of and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements and LOTO
  • Electrical experience including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
  • Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems
  • Flexibility to work overtime and support operational needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is beneficial
