Requirements

Must have a working knowledge of troubleshooting 3 phase electrical and mechanical systems. Hydraulics, PLC, and welding are a plus.
3 years of multi-craft experience in an industrial environment
Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.
Works well independently and with others.
Good communication skills.
Organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
Computer skills with MS office products, preferred.

Nice To Haves

Vocational or Associate's degree in Industrial Controls and Automation Technology or related course experience, preferred
Programmable Logic Controls troubleshooting and programming preferred, but training will be offered

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
Follow company safety procedures, JSA's and work instructions. These include but are not limited to compliance with OSHA standards including, Lock Out/ Tag Out, Confined Space Entry, Arc-Flash and Electrical safety
Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts unsafe for operation and prepares reports documenting work performed.
Read and interpret machinery manuals and maintenance request to perform repairs or service.
Identify causes of unexpected breakdowns and repairs broken machinery quickly and efficiently.
Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
Performs regular maintenance on machines.
Collaborates with maintenance supervisor and production regarding new products being added and modifications that will be required.
Makes necessary modifications and implements tests runs.
