If you're a skilled Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, keeping equipment running at its best, and being a trusted technical expert on the floor, PDM is ready to welcome you. With nearly five decades of industry leadership, PDM continues its growth in North America with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility operating 24/7. That means we rely on talented professionals who take pride in their craft and understand the impact of reliable, well-maintained equipment. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our production environment, working hands-on with a wide range of systems-hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical. Each day brings new challenges that require sharp troubleshooting skills, precision, and the curiosity to dig deeper until the job is done right. You'll help ensure machinery runs safely and efficiently, support production teams, and contribute ideas that elevate performance, output, and quality. Your work will include everything from routine maintenance and equipment rebuilds to diagnosing complex issues on high-speed manufacturing lines. You'll assist with startups, shutdowns, PMs, and operational improvements while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Collaboration is key here; you'll be working closely with operators, supervisors, and fellow technicians who all share the same goal-keeping the line running strong and producing the high-quality products our customers expect. Success in this position comes from a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, the ability to read and interpret schematics, and at least three years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience. You should be confident, resourceful, and able to work independently, but also willing to jump in as a team player when the situation calls for it. The role does require flexibility: while this position is on second shift, you may occasionally be asked to support 1st or 3rd shift when business needs arise. A technical degree or equivalent experience is ideal, and forklift certification is a plus. OSHA 30 certification will be required within the first three months. Candidates must also be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. Joining PDM means becoming part of a company where safety, quality, and continuous improvement drive everything we do. We offer competitive pay, strong benefits, and room to grow within a global organization known for excellence. If you're ready to make an impact and be part of a team that values expertise and craftsmanship, we'd love to meet you. Apply now and help keep PDM running at its best.
