About The Position

The primary goal of the Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Lead in maintaining and repairing the machinery and equipment used to manufacture products for customers, as well as providing building and facility maintenance. Tile Redi is seeking a Technician whose skills and experience best fit the role. This position involves working alongside others to dismantle, install, and repair new and existing equipment, and performing scheduled preventative maintenance. Requirements

General working knowledge of power tools/hand tools and basic mechanical principles
High school diploma or GED certificate
At least 3-5 years of maintenance experience
Experience with pumps, temperature controls, electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and press machines
Possess the ability to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment issues
Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience (motor starting circuits, contactors, overloads, and experience with electrical multi-meters)

Nice To Haves

At least 3-5 years of manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and maintain appropriate oil levels in all equipment
Observe manufacturing machinery to diagnose any malfunctions and determine needed repairs
Assist with wiring electronic devices and/or electrical panels
Schedule and maintain records of preventative maintenance on key machinery and equipment
Repair or replace damaged or worn components
Assist in the general upkeep of the facility
Support appropriate safety measures
Assist in maintenance of the company vehicle
Perform other duties as assigned
