Key duties include troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues, ensuring the property operates smoothly according to safety standards, and fulfilling service requests and repairs accurately and promptly. The role also involves assisting with supply purchases and bids. A critical aspect of this position is maintaining high levels of customer service, as well as ensuring the cleanliness and marketability of the community to support lease renewals and secure new leases.
