About The Position

EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is REQUIRED for this position. Requirements

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) REQUIRED
• Previous apartment maintenance or related experience REQUIRED
• Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work outdoors as needed

Nice To Haves

• Pool experience or CPO certification
• Experience in multifamily maintenance or property management
• Strong knowledge of make-readies and service request completion

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
• Perform apartment turns / make-readies
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and building systems
• Assist with pool maintenance and shared amenities
• Ensure property is clean, safe, and well-maintained
