Their Concord, MA location specializes in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for adults, offering a supportive and structured environment focused on recovery. Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time, Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of their Concord facility. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for both clients and staff. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of maintenance tasks, including building systems and facility upkeep.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license required
Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform general carpentry and building repairs
Complete painting, light electrical work (if qualified), and basic plumbing repairs
Install and repair plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, fans, and lighting
Maintain both interior and exterior areas of the facility
Ensure proper functioning of laundry machines and other essential equipment
Operate and maintain tools such as hand tools, saws, drills, and pipe cutters
Track and document time and materials used for maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment
Assist with training or overseeing helpers as needed
Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned
