We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain property appearance, support preventive maintenance programs, and ensure our residents enjoy a safe and comfortable environment. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in property upkeep by: Preparing Units: Perform make-ready tasks such as painting and carpet cleaning to prepare units for new residents. Providing Support: Assist the Service Manager or Service Technicians with maintenance tasks as needed. Maintaining Grounds: Work with the Groundskeeper to ensure the property and pool are clean and well-maintained. Conducting Preventive Maintenance: Support filter changes and other routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. Repairing HVAC Units: Work on HVAC units and complete necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of maintenance experience.
  • Possess reliable transportation or are willing to live onsite.
  • Have your own tools to complete job tasks.
  • Are proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Have training in at least four of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, carpet repairs, refurbishing, and cleaning.
