Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) Pay Range: $24.50 - $31.73/hour Location: Minonk, IL Position classification based on experience & pre-employment test results
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; technical certification in multi-craft maintenance preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in a manufacturing setting
- Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
- Service mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice To Haves
- PLC troubleshooting a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot 3-phase power (480V), low-voltage circuits, and PLC systems (PLC troubleshooting a plus)
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machine uptime and safety
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet production goals
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment
