About The Position

Maintenance Technicians play a key role behind the scenes and should always aim to represent the brand by maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in maintenance work
• Ability to learn equipment systems and troubleshooting processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility for varying schedules
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and around equipment

Nice To Haves

• Prior car wash experience is preferred but not required—we provide on-site training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on car wash equipment
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and escalate as needed
• Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment areas and maintenance spaces
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues promptly
• Assist with inventory and organization of maintenance supplies and parts
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
