About The Position

Schedule: This position follows a 2â2â3 schedule , meaning employees work two or three consecutive days , followed by two or three consecutive days off . Schedules alternate weekly, resulting in 3 to 4 shifts per week . Employees will be assigned to either straight day shifts or straight night shifts (no rotation). Limited positions are available for each shift. Shift Times: Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM Job Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Postâsecondary degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred (e.g., Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Machining). Two years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred; five years of experience accepted in lieu of a postâsecondary degree. Working knowledge of belt and chain drives, gearboxes, line shafts, pumps, and bearings . Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls . Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics . Familiarity with shop equipment, including drill press, band saw, hydraulic press, and hand tools . Knowledge of industrial safety practices , including the ability to properly use required PPE . Requirements

Experience in industrial electrical, mechanical, machining, or welding
Ability to read blueprints/schematics
