About The Position

SCHEDULE: This position follows a 2‑2‑3 schedule, meaning employees work two or three consecutive days, followed by two or three consecutive days off. Schedules alternate weekly, resulting in 3 to 4 shifts per week. Employees will be assigned to either straight day shifts or straight night shifts (no rotation). Limited positions are available for each shift. Shift Times: Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM WHAT YOU’LL DO Perform preventive maintenance and daily equipment inspections Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues (up to 480V) Complete repairs, facility upkeep, and production support Work with welding, fabrication, machining, and basic electrical Follow safety standards and use required PPE Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams WHY YOU'LL SUCCEED HERE You’re dependable, safety‑minded, proactive, and eager to learn. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Post‑secondary degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred (e.g., Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Machining).
  • Two years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred; five years of experience accepted in lieu of a post‑secondary degree.
  • Working knowledge of belt and chain drives, gearboxes, line shafts, pumps, and bearings.
  • Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls.
  • Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Familiarity with shop equipment, including drill press, band saw, hydraulic press, and hand tools.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety practices, including the ability to properly use required PPE.
  • Experience in industrial electrical, mechanical, machining, or welding
  • Ability to read blueprints/schematics
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in heat or outdoor conditions
  • Solid attendance and a positive, team‑focused attitude
