Requirements

  • 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC experience a plus).
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover overtime or nearby communities when needed.
  • Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training (we’ll train you!).
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, a plus that helps connect with our residents!

Responsibilities

  • Bring spaces to life – perform routine and preventative maintenance, including painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning.
  • Care for the grounds – maintain curb appeal through landscaping, snow/ice removal, and seasonal upkeep.
  • Respond with urgency – complete work orders promptly and rotate for emergency on-call coverage (respond within 30 minutes).
  • Prioritize quality & compliance – follow all safety, property, and inspection standards with precision.
  • Be part of a team that cares – work closely with peers and residents, showing empathy and pride in every repair.
