The company is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and plumbing systems within their facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be comfortable in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a dirty, noisy, and industrial environment.
• Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and work in various physical conditions typical of an industrial setting.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing settings.
• Welding certification or technical training is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and adhere to safety protocols.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues.
• Identify and repair electrical problems and equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain and repair mechanical equipment and systems.
• Perform welding and metal fabrication as needed.
• Use grinding tools and equipment to support maintenance tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Repair and maintain a wide range of machinery including but not limited to: Power Mechanical Presses (PMPs), Welders, Grinders, Forklifts, Hoists, and all other equipment within the facility
