Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Must be age 18 or older
- 1-year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties associated with a Maintenance Technician.
- Handyman skills

Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks needed to maintain the buildings and grounds in a state of good repair, cleanliness, and attractive appearance.
- Assist with outdoor property maintenance to include snow removal
- Ensure building compliance is up to code
- Assist with the general housekeeping of all public areas and the routine cleaning of residents' unites
- Effectively communicate and work with outside contractors
