About The Position

Join our team and play a critical role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Maintain and support high-speed production and baking equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) Troubleshoot PLCs (no programming required) Repair/install VFDs and calibrate instrumentation Support changeovers and minimize downtime Use CMMS (PLEX preferred) to document maintenance activity Partner with Production and QA to ensure safety and quality standards Food Safety & Quality: Safety is first. Quality is second. Always. Follow SQF, GMP, HACCP, and SOP standards Report and address food safety or quality issues immediately Maintain an audit-ready production floor daily

Requirements

4 years or more of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
4 years of electrical troubleshooting experience required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read schematics and technical documents
Comfortable working overtime and weekends as needed
Dependable with strong attendance and a team-first mindset
Lift up to 70lbs
Work on your feet in hot/cold manufacturing conditions
Follow PPE, LOTO, and OSHA safety standards
