Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience bringing the fix-it magic.
• Customer service is your superpower (positive attitude included!).
• You can rock solo tasks and take ownership like a boss.
• You speak fluent "resident" and "technician" (communication is key!).

Responsibilities

• Become a maintenance whiz, tackling electrical, plumbing, HVAC & more!
• Swoop in and save the day, responding promptly to resident requests.
• Be a property detective, spotting and fixing potential problems before they arise.
• Team up with the lead technician and other awesome folks to keep things humming.
