About The Position

F&F Realty is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for their apartment community, Glen Oaks Commons, located in DesPlaines, Illinois. This role involves the timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community. The technician will be responsible for ensuring all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. Key duties include assessing and repairing issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interior structures.
