The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in all of the property's maintenance needs, physical appearance, and work orders. Primary responsibilities include hands-on maintenance of the property, general upkeep and repair to units and grounds, responding to work order requests, managing the turn and make ready process, and maintaining excellent resident relations through outstanding customer service. Rotating on-call and some weekend availability is required.
