Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A 100% commitment to quality work and exceptional customer service are essential.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of drywall repair and painting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential, HOA, and commercial properties.
• Fix plumbing issues including leaking faucets, toilets, and pipes.
• Assemble furniture and install household items such as shelves and light fixtures.
• Paint and patch walls, ensuring they look professional, fresh, and inviting.
• Perform light electrical work including changing outlets and fixtures.
• Repair and maintain outdoor common areas, roads, sidewalks, railings, fences, etc
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance needs or potential repairs.
