Requirements

• Ability to perform physical/hands-on tasks in various weather conditions
• Must be a self-starter and flexible team player with strong problem-solving instincts
• Ability to independently troubleshoot repairs with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to mentor entry-level team members on tool use and safety practices
• EPA Certification (or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days! Regency-paid.)

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience including appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC is preferred

Responsibilities

• Performing hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties including appliance repair, apartment turns, and other work order requests
• Addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
• After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal
