Requirements
- Experience in property or facilities maintenance
- EPA certification for HVAC work
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades
- Reliable, organized, and customer-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs
- Maintain grounds, pools, and overall property condition
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)
- Respond to emergency service calls on a rotating schedule
- Keep work areas organized, stocked, and customer-ready
