Maintenance Technician 2nd shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday Primary responsibilities will be the mechanical repair of and preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems throughout the solutions facility and the distribution center. Demonstrates ability to lead projects and/or work groups. Demonstrates ability to make sound decisions and use problem-solving tools. Must be able to multi-task. Previous Lean Mfg. experience preferred. Must be able to coordinate projects and communicate results. Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team-oriented environment. Must be a self-starter – work with minimal supervision. Computer skills: working knowledge of MP2, window-based programs.

Requirements

  • CMMS (MP2 preferred)
  • Associates Degree in maintenance related field or 10 years maintenance experience with High School Diploma GED required.
  • Minimum of 5 years mechanical manufacturing experience
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be a self-starter – work with minimal supervision.
  • Computer skills: working knowledge of MP2, window-based programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Lean Mfg. experience preferred.
  • Electrical and HVAC experience is a plus.
