Requirements

  • 2+ years industrial maintenance — foundry, manufacturing, or heavy equipment
  • Hands-on electrical troubleshooting: motors, controls, VFDs
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic system diagnosis
  • Comfortable reading schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Comfortable working in heat, tight spaces, and a physically active environment
  • Team-first — you take pride in the shift running clean

  • Motors & VFDs electrical troubleshooting and drive configuration
  • Conveyors & sand systems mechanical & structural rebuilds
  • Preventative maintenance: PM schedules, inspections, documentation
  • Breakdown response: Fast diagnosis, root cause analysis
