This full-time Maintenance Technician opportunity is at a newly constructed property with 126 units of affordable family housing in Downtown Boston, MA, with reporting to other nearby sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
- Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
- Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
- Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
- Updating the Yardi mobile app and communicating with the team about the status of ongoing projects.
