If you’re an experienced Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment with minimal supervision, we want to hear from you! In this role, you’ll work directly with experienced maintenance managers and technicians who have spent years mastering the car wash industry. You'll receive hands-on training in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, electrical work, PLC/programming basics, and other high-demand skill sets—all while getting paid to travel. As part of our regional maintenance team, you will be responsible for sites in Shelbyville, IN; Crawfordsville, IN; Greenville, OH, learning how to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of equipment from multiple manufacturers. You won’t be stuck in one shop or doing the same repair every day—every location has unique challenges that help you grow.
