About The Position

As the Maintenance Technician I, you will be an integral part of MacLellan Integrated Services, working with other maintenance personnel to complete project work. This includes fabrication, installation, welding, grinding, painting, and using various hand and power tools. The role requires fundamental skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You are expected to be passionately committed to continuous learning and skill development. A key aspect of the role involves foresight to identify potential issues and deliver timely solutions to ensure successful project outcomes and strengthen business relationships.

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize work to ensure team safety, quality, and delivery of assigned tasks
• Previous experience welding, grinding, painting
• Experience reading blueprints
• Experience performing work safely both indoors and outdoors
• Experience and willingness working weekends
• Experience and ability to safely lift items up to 70 lbs
• Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing/walking for extended periods of time
