About The Position

This full-time Maintenance Technician position is a dynamic, customer-facing role based in the Burlington, IA Territory, offering variety, flexibility, and autonomy. As a Field Service Technician, you will be troubleshooting and maintaining equipment at various customer sites, ensuring no two days are the same. Requirements

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Technical aptitude with a desire to learn – we will train you!
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new equipment.
Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
