We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to support three of our properties located in Sheboygan, WI. This role supports our affordable housing communities, Garton Toy Factory (72-units), Washington School Apartments (42-units), and Sheboygan Riverwalk Apartment Homes (60-units). If you take pride in solving problems, working with your hands, and delivering great service to residents, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do: Perform daily maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems. Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and on-call emergencies. Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing unit turns and make-ready tasks. Conduct daily property walks and inspections to maintain safety, curb appeal, and cleanliness. Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and pool areas. Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed. Support seasonal property needs and ensure tools, supplies, and equipment are properly maintained. What You'll Bring: At least one year of property maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade experience. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. HVAC EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly pay between $21-$24/hour based on experience.
